Evaluation Conclave 2010 - Making Evaluation Matter (http://evaluationconclave2013.org) was the first event of its kind to be held in South Asia. Organised by the Community of Evaluators and hosted in New Delhi, India, in October 2010, Conclave 2010 attracted over 300 participants. In light of its success, CoE, in collaboration with CoE-Nepal, organised a second Evaluation Conclave in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The Association for Stimulating Knowledge (ASK) and Sambodhi Research and Communications, both CoE members, assisted in coordinating the event with IDRC. The Institute of Applied Manpower Research (IAMR) was also one of the joint organizers. The Conclave Steering Group included: Khilesh Chaturvedi, Katherine Hay, Kultar Singh, Sanjeev Sridharan, Chelladurai Solomon, Rashmi Agarwal, and the Development Evaluation Society of India. The Evaluation of Conclave 2010 was conducted by Catalyst Management Services, and the report is available below.
